All Are Welcome

We believe in inviting, welcoming and respecting ALL those seeking to grow in their relationship with God and experience our community of faith. We welcome the diversity of opinion that accommodates our diverse backgrounds and learn from each other’s experiences and ideas.

Learn With Us

We have more questions than answers, and we share our different points of view to help each other discern what Christ’s way means to us. Learning to love well in the way of Jesus is more important than your church or non-church background or what language you speak.

Christmas Eve Worship

4:00 p.m. - Family-Friendly Service

A service of story and song with younger ones in mind.

9:00 p.m. - Traditional Carols & Candlelight

Sing your favorite carols and enter the joy and mystery of this night.

Worship With FBC

Children are welcome to worship with their family or join other kids in a special worship and faith formation time during the worship service.

We join together on the first Sunday of each month for a community lunch following worship so we have time to talk and connect with each other more deeply.

On the last Sunday of every month, we worship together as an intergenerational community with worship services planned for God's children of all ages.

The Church is Open!

The lawn and sanctuary are temporarily closed while we tend to our ailing tower but the church is open!

Sunday services are currently being held in the Chapel at 10:00 a.m. Enter through the Beacon Street entrance at the top of the ramp or through the main entrance off of the parking lot.

Our bell tower was given in memory of Reverend Samuel Francis Smith, minister of this church from 1842 to 1854 and author of "America,” also known as “My Country, ‘Tis of Thee.” In 1932, on the 100th anniversary of the writing of "America," the tower was rededicated the "America" Tower.

The tower along with the church building are listed in the National Register of Historic Places. We look forward to restoring this historic landmark. Learn more here.
